Large print by Louis Jacques Cathelin (ca. 1739-1804) after Valentin de Boulogne (1594-1632), heavily influenced by Caravaggio (1571-1610). Proof before the signature, address and dedication to the French writer and politician Charles, Marquis de Villette (1736-1793).
