4 vol., 8vo: [18 incl. portrait & front.]-467-[19], [4]-471-[21], [8]-484-[11-1 bl.], [6]-400 pp. (sm. marg. wormholes in vol. 2 & 3, marg. soiling in first part of vol. 4, some off-setting, min. spotting).

Contemp. calf, gilt-dec. spines with 5 raised bands (heads and tails of vol. 1, 3, 4 repaired, joints split of vol. 1, 3, 4, spines rubbed).

Dutch transl. by I. Le Long of "Etwas für alle", description of more than 200 arts and crafts by Abraham a St. Clara, monastic name of the German Johann Ulrich Megerle (1644-1709). Engr. ill. (complete): author's portrait, front., and 202 plates after Jan Luyken, showing contemp. professions in contemp. interiors, i.a. doctor, dentist, architect, brewer, musician, carpenter, hunter, needlemaker, magician, thief, slave, papermaker, bookprinter, engraver, bookseller, weaver, cook, glovemaker etc. Titles in red and black.
