Drawings, watercolour, 18,2 x 25,6 cm and 18,2 x 22,6 cm (visible), wove paper, signed and dated in pen at bottom left: "Jos. Linnig 1849" and "Jos. Linnig f. 1850" (1 with few light brown stains at top right).

Under passe-partout and gilt sculpted frame (not studied outside frame). Good condition.

Nice pair of watercolours by the Antwerp Jozef Linnig (1815-1891). One with three pedestrians between the trees, one with two women and a dog with a village in the background.
