Chromolith., 100 x 63 cm, signed in the pl. (tear in the upper part, strengthening piece on verso, some folds in the lower part).
Rather good condition.
Nice poster in tones of green depicting various monuments in Poland's capital, such as the sculpture figuring Sawa (mermaid wearing a shield and a sword), which is the symbol of the city. Gronowski (1894-1990) a graphic artist, architect, painter and book illustrator, is considered as one of the creators of the Polish modern poster. He is most famous for designing the logo of LOT Polish Airlines, still used nowadays.
