Mounted on cardb. support, under passe-partout.
With mentioning "projet de tableau". Wauters (Boom 1808-1869) was a Belgian painter who painted both genre scenes and religious subjects. He studied at the academies of Mechelen and Antwerp and was a student of Philippe-Jacques van Bree.
