Oblong bifolio, 8vo, on paper, in Latin, printed and completed by hand, signed "L. de Schore archidiaconis Mechliniensis", seal under paper (damp stains, sm. tears and holes in the folds without loss).
Interesting doc. printed on the letterhead of L. de Schore, canon of Saint-Rumold in Mechelen and archdeacon, granting the title of chaplain with benefits to Jean-François Berrewauts. Handwritten attestations in Latin on the back.
