Lot description
Ambrotypes, 5,5 x 6/7 cm, blindstamped photographer's name on the man's portrait passe-partout, portrait of the woman without photographer's name (sl. oxidation on the woman's portr.).
In boxes of blind decorated black cloth (covers missing).
Chr. C. Schoonmaker was an American photographer, active in New York in 1860. The portrait of the woman is probably also from his hand.
