George Grenfell (1849-1906) was a British Baptist missionary and explorer who established, in cooperation with Thomas J. Comber, a chain of missions to explore the Central African area. He was also appointed a plenipotentiary for Belgium to delimit the border between the Belgian and Portuguese possessions.
