Oskar Begas (1828-1883) was a German portrait and history painter, named in 1866 Professor at the Academy in Berlin. He received many commissions from King Friedrich Wilhelm IV.
Joined: 1. Note addressed to "Professor O. Begas". -- 2. Autograph signature of Reinhold Begas (1831-1911), Oskar's brother and sculptor. (4 pcs)
