Dutch ed. published in the same year as the 1st French translation of the "Squitinio della libertà Veneta" (1st ed.: 1612), ascribed to Marcus Welser or to Alfonso de la Cueva.This critical essay was condemned to be burned by the Venetian government. Includes: "Harangue de Louis Hélian". A speech pronounced at the Imperial Diet at Augsburg in 1510 by L. Helianus, the ambassador of Louis XII. Woodcut "sphere" mark on title.
