Gevaert (1828-1908), was a Belgian musicologist and composer.
1. To "cher[s] Amis". Brussels, 1/03/1902. Small card, 8,8 x 11,5 cm, one side. To let Salvatore Marchesi and his wife Mathilde know he had posted some music pieces of Handel. He hopes Salvatore gets well soon. With envelope (tear), poststamp and stamps. - 2. To "Cher Salvatore". [Brussels], 29/3/1900. Small card, 8,8 x 11,5 cm, two sides. To tell him he is sorry he has no lodging to offer to the Landgrave of Hesse, but he will try to arrange an invitation for him to the Passion, in a royal box in Brussels. With envelope, poststamps and stamps. - 3. To "Mon cher monsieur Ach. Denis". Paris, 1855. 1 side on a folded 4to leaf. "Il me faudrais absolument une place, mais une seule [...]".
