Only edition of this translation by Gaza of the books VI-IX of Theophrastus' "Historia plantarum". Contains also the book XX [chap. 1-3] of Pliny the Elder's "Naturalis Historia". Henrich Sybold, who was also a professor of medicine, dedicated this edition to students of medicine. He opened a printing house devoted to medical works. Rabelais owned a copy of this edition (now held by the BnF).
