These charity balls were organised by the Union des artistes russes à Paris, and many of the leading French artists, writers and musicians participated in the entertainments. Ticket illustrated in brown and ochre, tinted vellum 22 x 27,5 cm. Numbered 707 and signed by the treasurer on verso. - Gontcharova, Natalia - Bal olympique. Vrai bal sportif costumé [...]. Paris, 1924. Announcement (recto) and programme (verso) illustrated in black, tinted vellum 65 x 25 cm (single marg. tear). On recto, sketch by Barthe and short musical score by Germaine Taillefer, on recto drawing by Gontcharova "Projet de costume pour le Bal Olympique". Impressive artistic participation.
