Drawing, red chalk (sanguine), heightened with white, 10,2 x 17,5 cm, laid paper, signed at lower left "F. Boucher" (some minor creases, sl. stain at upper right).

Stuck by upper edge under 19th-c. passe-partout.

Lady sitting and holding a vase. Attributed by a later hand to Boucher, the drawing shares many technical characteristics with Boucher drawings, particularly the use of red chalk in combination with very apt touches in white.
