Lot description
Drawing, black chalk, heightened with white, 40 x 27,3 cm, blue paper (underlaid), unsigned (some folds and creases, esp. along the right edge, some minor foxing).
Under passe-partout.
Very nice sketch of a seated female figure seemingly wearing a helmet, while holding a winged child. Perhaps Athena holding Cupid. Confidently executed by a skilful draftsman.
