Orig. green publ. cloth, front cover and spine decorated in gilt, orig. green ill. dustjacket (sm. def. at head of d.j., sl. spotting at edges). Very good copy in a beautiful, bright binding with the rare jacket present.

New edition (orig. 1928) of the most important collection of poems by the Irish poet W.B. Yeats (Dublin 1865-1939), awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1923. Includes i.a. "Sailing to Byzantium", "Nineteen Hundred and Nineteen", "Leda and the Swan", and "Among School Children". Design on boards by Thomas Sturge Moore. Loose publ. slip added containing the orig. price of the book (6 shillings).
