Publ. pink cloth signed Kensett, ill. boards (some soiling), gilt titled spine (faded), top edge gilt. Good, uncut copy.

Edition limited to 550 copies on antique laid paper (n. 429) edited by Neuberg. Woodcut ill. by Dennis West. Printed in red and black.
The Vine Press was started in 1920 by Charles Royce and Victor B. Neuburg at Steyning, Sussex. Their object is "to endeavour to produce, beautifully and inexpensively, works of value and interest for the benefit of book-lovers or students" (Tomkinson).
