Collected Latin poetry of the Ferrarese poet and courtier Girolamo Falletti (1518-1564), including the long epic poem on the Guelders Wars of Charles V (1538-1543), as well as countless verses on contemp. humanists and dignitaries. The final books also contain poems addressed to Falletti by various authors, including e.g. Cornelius Susius and Nicolaus Stopius from the Low Countries. Woodcut Aldine device on title.
